On December 13, the celebrity posted a video on Instagram sharing her daily routine. In the new post, she showed off her toned physique as Donavan Frankenreiter’s “Free” played in the background.
The 58-year-old star showed off her toned belly and slender legs to the camera, and also boasted a bronze tan. For the video, she wore a chunky gray cropped sweater and a tiny black tie string thong that showcases almost every inch of her seхy body.
El posed against a white wall, defiantly raising her leg and putting her hands behind her head. The Australian supermodel completed her candid look with flowing hair and black sunglasses.
“As for mindfulness… I take care of my mind, body and spirit every day by practicing breathing and meditating. My daily practice includes meditation in the morning for about 25 minutes, either with guidance or in silence.
I try to live in a constant flow of meditative connection, and not just at certain times.,” MacPherson wrote.
